Evan helped us find, enter into contract and close on our first home in an almost comical market for buyers.  We called him for the first time (we liked his newsletter) and told him we'd like to begin the long process of looking to buy. Two weeks later we were in contract. Three weeks after that we had closed.  The house we bought was literally the first house we looked at and we were crazy about it. We looked at many after it but it so happened to be the first in the line of tours. We're honestly still in disbelief that we landed it five months later and loving every minute of living here.
